Dog’s Deserve the Best
Dogs are known as human’s best friend, and rightly so as we can so often depend on them for their unconditional love. They are both loyal and offer their unending love which leads us to want to show them the same in return. The desire to give our little dog’s the best is so strong that there is even a market for a dog life coach, among other dog mental health professionals. So often dogs give so much to us as humans they we are left wondering, what did we do to deserve dogs? Their pure love definitely deserves the best!
Introducing Tamar Geller
Meet, Tamar Geller, a woman who has such a deep love for dogs that she decided to dedicate her life to them. Tamar has had one interesting life and she has also been an Israeli army intelligence officer, an author, and is also the founder of “The Loved Dog” her dog life coaching company. Tamar was inspired by watching a wild wolf pack and the way they interacted with one another to form her own method which she named The Loved Dog method.
Tamar has also used her military background to start her nonprofit organization The Loved World Foundation and Operation Heroes & Hounds™. Heroes and Hounds focuses on letting military members transition back into civilian life with a homeless dog at their side, and aims to let them “heal their emotional wounds together.”
The Loved Dog
The Loved Dog™ method is the only training method that is actually backed by The Humane Society. This is because the method rejects prong collars and choke chains that are both painful and popular. Instead, the method aims to build a relationship between dog and owner based on games, communication, and fun. She also purports that by showing your beloved dog respect, the dog will also respect you and become very well-mannered.
She has successfully helped countless people achieve priceless relationships with their beloved dogs. Tamar said, “Dogs are amazingly sensitive and intuitive creatures, If you use stress-free, game-based coaching (such as what we use with children) you will empower them to be all that they can be and in return not only will your dog be devoted to you but he will be your raving fan.”

Tamar’s books have reached a far-ranging audience including many celebrities. Tamar’s use of kindness has been very attractive for people across the spectrum and she was ultimately even praised by Oprah as “a life coach for dogs and their people.”
